Advice on Whether You Have an Arguable Appeal

£900 + VAT (fixed fee for most cases)

I will review the Tribunal’s Judgment and Reasons and advise whether the Tribunal has made an arguable error of law and whether an appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal is realistically open to you.

You will receive:

  • a clear conclusion on whether to appeal

  • the reasons for that conclusion

  • identification of any arguable errors of law

Most appeals fail. This advice is designed to give you a clear and reasoned view at an early stage.

If you proceed to instruct me to draft Grounds of Appeal, this fee will offset against the cost of the Grounds of Appeal.

Where the Judgment is unusually long or complex, I will confirm any adjustment to the fee before starting work.
